Swansea Building Society

Introduction

The Swansea Building Society was originally founded over 100 years ago in 1923, as a mutual Building Society. The Society’s principal objective is the provision of loans secured on residential property. These loans are funded by personal savings deposited in a variety of savings accounts offered by the Society. The Society is one of only three remaining mutual Building Societies in Wales and the only Building Society or Bank with its headquarters in West Wales.

Registration Process

To register your firm with Swansea Building Society please complete their Intermediary firm registration form here (ensuring you complete the relevant details) and email the completed copy to broker@swansea-bs.co.uk.

Upon each application ensure you include the TMA branded Application Submission Form (this can also be access on the Swansea Building Society website) to ensure you receive the correct procuration fee.
