CEMAP

CeMAP is the industry standard qualification to become a mortgage adviser or for advisers that need an industry update. TMA Club offer a CeMAP study course, online. With on-demand course work and no entry requirements, you will learn:

  • Structure of the UK financial services industry
  • The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) main aims, activities and relevant Conduct of Business rules
  • The house-buying process and parties involved
  • Different types of customers and mortgages
  • How to assess the affordability and suitability of different mortgage options and associated products.
