Registration Process:
Buy to Let mortgages
To be able to submit business to Paragon you must register with them. You can do this by completing their online form. Please state TMA in the ‘further details’ section at the bottom of the form to ensure you receive the correct procuration fee. Once you have submitted your form, and they have verified your information, you will receive an email you with your login details.
Second charge mortgages
To be able to submit second charge business to Paragon, you must register with Paragon using this form and email it to them at scdirect@paragonbank.co.uk.
If you are currently registered with Paragon for second charge business but would like to amend your mortgage club route to TMA, then please call 0345 149 7756.
